My stay at the hotel was a mix of pros and cons. The room, located on the third floor with a peculiar shape and limited space, had a beautiful balcony but required climbing stairs despite a partial lift. The service was friendly and helpful, with multilingual staff offering tips about the region. The location was excellent, just steps away from the historic city, making it convenient for sightseeing. The dining experience, although close to town and serving delicious pastries, was quite basic. Overall, the facilities were adequate but lacked extensive amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms didn't quite meet my expectations with a basement view and inadequate ventilation during a heatwave, but having a terrace was a nice touch. The service was a bit lacking in communication and friendliness, but the welcome drink was a pleasant surprise. The location, however, was superb, just a stone's throw away from the historic city center, making it convenient to explore. When it came to dining, the option for a simple coffee and croissant was convenient, but the continental buffet lacked variety. Overall, a stay with its ups and downs.
